[root@local~]# /sbin/ethtool eth0

Display or change ethernet card settings

[root@local~]# /sbin/ethtool -s eth0 autoneg on speed 1000 duplex full

Set eth0 to speed 1000mb/s duplex full mode (Add in /etc/rc.local for autostart)
